How do we secure our date?

Enquire using our contact form, email, or phone number provided.

We also love having meetings with our couples! If you'd like to schedule a call or meet in-person for a coffee, please let us know.

Receive a quote (including any discounts). Once accepted, an invoice & contract is generated and a deposit is to be paid to secure your date.

We send all of this through our customised client portal, where you will have easy access to all important documents, receipts, call-sheets, and deliverables.

Once the deposit is paid and contract is signed, we send through our all-encompassing questionnaire that outlines all the details of your day. 

We use the information from the questionnaire to create our call-sheet for your wedding day. This includes all the unique events that are scheduled to transpire through-out the day, as well as all other events with clear time stamps. Ensuring we don't miss out on anything!
